Oakmount Veterinary Centre are extremely proud to announce that we have just attained Small Animal Veterinary Hospital Accreditation in our latest Royal College Of Veterinary Surgeons' Practice Standards Inspection.

We are one of only two Small Animal Veterinary Hospitals in East Lancashire and one of only 5 in the whole of Lancashire!

As an Accredited and Inspected RCVS Hospital, our standards of care meet the requirements of our regulatory body at the highest level, both day and night.

Our team of Veterinary Surgeons, Veterinary Nurses and trained staff care for our patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year, with a team member on site at all times.

The RCVS Practice Standards scheme is voluntary and aims to promote and maintain the highest standards of veterinary care.
You may be surprised to know that only 57% of the UK’s practice premises are accredited under this Scheme.
