Sonia Billington

I proudly qualified as a veterinary nurse in 1992. Veterinary nursing is something I adore and to be entrusted with looking after people's pets is an absolute honour.

In 2005 I took a short break in my career as my family and I moved away to live in the beautiful region of Poitou Charente in France.

Moving back to the UK in 2011 is when I became an employee of Oakmount Veterinary Centre.

Oakmount has a very dedicated team of people who's core values are to provide outstanding customer service and to deliver clinical excellence to all animals we treat.

My role within Oakmount as head veterinary nurse changed in March 2015 when I became Practice Manager and again in May 2022 when I became Practice Director. Being Practice Director is a hugely rewarding and it is a role I thoroughly enjoy.
