I graduated from Glasgow University in 2000 and I started work as a Vet in the style of James Herriot working in the Lake District treating all creatures great and small. I moved back to Blackburn (my home town) after the Foot and Mouth Outbreak to work at Town and Country Veterinary Group where I worked for 5 years before finally settling at Oakmount Veterinary Centre where I have been ever since.
I became a partner with David Greenhalgh two years after joining the Practice, having found a progressive Veterinary Practice whose core values were to provide excellent care for both client’s pets and the owners themselves.
David Greenhalgh has retired but the Practice continues to focus on providing excellent pet health care in a compassionate way the way it has always done.
Out of work I enjoy spending time with my family and our many pets.
