Our Out of Hours Emergency Procedure
Providing the best care to our clients at all times is our priority and in order to ensure this is what we deliver both now and in the future we have recently reviewed our methods for providing emergency care for your pet Out Of Hours.
After careful consideration we have decided to partner with Vets Now who specialise in providing dedicated emergency out of hours care at nights and weekends. Vets Now have operated an emergency clinic in Manchester for some time now and we trust they will provide you with an excellent service.
By using Vets Now to cover our Out of Hours Emergencies it enables our team of veterinary surgeons, veterinary nurses and trained staff care for our day/hospitalised patients. With a team member on site at all times you can rest assured our standards of care here at Oakmount meet the requirements of our regulatory body at the highest level both day and night.

Using the Vets Now service is easy. If you require Emergency Out of Hours assistance simply do the same as you are now, call us on 01282 423640 and your call will be diverted to the Vets Now Emergency Team.
When you call Vets Now their trained receptionist, veterinary nurses or surgeons will be waiting to help. If required, you will be advised to visit the clinic where you will be seen by the emergency team.

Monday - 7.30pm – Tuesday 8am
Tuesday - 7.30pm – Wednesday 8am
Wednesday - 7.30pm – Thursday 8am
Thursday - 7.30pm – Friday 8am
Friday - 7.30pm – Saturday 8.30am
Saturday - 4.30pm – Sunday 8.30am
Sunday - 4.30pm - Monday 8am
Public holidays - 4.30pm - 8am
